I would give them the highest rating possible. They were courteous, professional and punctual. They even helped us reassemble the furniture on the other end. It was a tricky old house. They did a wonderful job. They were very sweet to my 6-year old daughter while helping to put stuff to the new house. They were just wonderful. I would recommend them to other people without reservations. They probably weren't the cheapest company but they're worth it. They were very efficient in moving massive amount of stuff. It was a good value.
Very professional, friendly and helpful movers. Took very good care of my furniture, and were competitively priced compared to the other 3 moving companies I called. When booking, the receptionist clearly laid out the charges so there were no surprises when the bill came.
We were really happy with the service provided by My Professional Movers. Foreman came out our residence and gave an estimate and surveyed all the household goods. In the end, we ended up going with an hourly pricing vs. a fixed price, as we moved a lot of the boxes and household goods on our own to help save money. The guys were awesome!! They worked really hard & quickly and it was a super hot day too - I had to keep after then to keep drinking water. Thank you all so much for making such a tough day much less stressful!!
Working with My Professional Movers was a good experience from start to finish. The person I spoke to on the phone to arrange the move was helpful, friendly, and accommodated the date and time best for me. I received a confirmation phone call the evening before the move and a call from the movers themselves as they were on their way, giving me a more precise ETA. These had tremendous sentimental value having been in my family for well over 100 years and I appreciated so much the respect and care with which they prepared and handled each one. They were just great!
